Improve wellness, tone, strength, endurance, speed, agility, coordination, flexibility and more; achieve weight loss or weight gain. Get nutritional advice!

Thoughtful and innovative training methods and apparatus will be used to achieve our goals including calisthenics, bands, swiss ball, disk pillow, rope and medicine balls. For performance athletes, apparatus also include ladder, hurdle, foam and cone. Sessions are generally one hour in duration and involve warm-up and stretch.

The goals of EPPIC are to improve the physical wellness, fitness and performance of individuals from ages eight and upward. The sessions can take different formats: personal, group and team training.

Personal Training will provide an intensive and focused 1 on 1 interaction at all times. During our initial session we will work together to identify attainable health and fitness goals. Body composition will be assessed using the 3 site skin-fold method, and site measurements will also be taken. Based on your desired goals a customized program will be developed and geared towards attaining them, using appropriate strength and/or conditioning activities.

Group Training can be especially beneficial and fun for friends and teammates who prefer a social setting while experiencing fitness improvement. For individuals interested in improving basic fitness, groups of three or less are recommended in order to keep a high level of interaction. Groups can be larger for athletes or individuals seeking performance improvement in speed and agility.

Team Training will target the areas and energy systems of the body used during high level competition. Training focuses on specific endurance, agility, speed, power and coordination, in order to achieve the edge during competition. Assessment will be done at the beginning and end of the sessions.

Each participant in the program must have a medical statement. In addition, participants under the age of eighteen must have a release signed by a parent or guardian.

Participants should wear comfortable running shoes that give adequate foot support and traction. Clothing should allow for freedom of movement (jeans or comparable clothing are not recommended).

For convenience, teams and large groups will be trained at their practice facility, while individuals requiring personal training will have the benefit of home lessons. Other accommodations can be made as needed.
